This page describes what ezwp.ai collects, why, and who else touches it. It covers ezwp.ai during our invitation-only beta.

What we collect, and when
We collect only what you type into one of four things. There is no background collection.

| Chat assistant | The messages you type and the assistant's replies, kept together as a conversation. |
| Text alerts sign‑up | Your mobile number, the exact consent wording you agreed to and its version, the time you agreed, and the page you agreed on. |
Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit abuse of those forms. It is not stored alongside your signup.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers on this site. At the time of writing this page, ezwp.ai loads no analytics or advertising scripts of any kind.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
Who else processes it
Running the service means handing some data to other companies. These are the ones that receive it, and the only reason each one does:

| OpenRouter | Routes our requests to AI models — currently models operated by Anthropic and Google. |
| Google Vertex AI | Turns page text into the numerical form the assistant searches. |
Text messages (SMS)
If you sign up for ezwp.ai account alerts (on our text alerts page or in your account), we text you approval requests, new-enquiry notices and website alerts about your own business. We send no marketing or promotional texts.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. None of the sharing described elsewhere on this page includes text-message opt-in data or consent.
- Twilio, which delivers the messages, receives your number only for that purpose.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected].
- We keep a record of your consent (the wording, its version and the time) for as long as you're signed up, and for as long afterwards as we need to show you agreed.
The text message terms cover frequency, charges and support.
How long we keep it
We keep beta signups, audit records and chat conversations for as long as they are useful to the beta, and no longer than we need them. We have not set fixed retention periods yet, and we would rather say so than publish a number we do not actually enforce. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You do not need a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
Changes
If this page changes we will update the date at the top. During the beta we expect it to change as the product does.
A note on ezwp.ai and spcx.ai
ezwp.ai and spcx.ai (Oswego AI Technologies LLC, Oregon) are operated separately. This policy covers ezwp.ai only. If you use spcx.ai, its own policy applies there.
