Beta terms

These are short on purpose. They cover the free, invitation-only beta of ezwp.ai and nothing else. They are not a full terms of service. If we begin offering a paid service, a complete agreement will apply and we will ask you to agree to it then — these terms will not be quietly stretched to cover it.
By using the ezwp.ai beta, you are agreeing to what follows.
The beta is free
We are not charging for beta access, and we will not start charging you for it without asking you first.
It is unfinished, and we say so
The beta is provided as-is. Things will be incomplete, some will be wrong, and features may change or disappear. We make no warranty that it will be available, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Please do not rely on it for anything you cannot afford to have break.
Your content stays yours
Anything you put into ezwp.ai remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the service for you — nothing further. See Privacy for what that involves.
What we ask of you
- Do not use the beta to break the law or to harm anyone.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Ending it
You can stop using the beta whenever you like. We can end the beta, or your access to it, at any time — including if the beta simply finishes. If we do, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know first.
Text message (SMS) terms
These terms apply if you sign up for ezwp.ai account alerts, the text messages sent by ezwp.ai.
- What you'll get: account alerts and notifications about your own business: approval requests, new-enquiry notices and website alerts. No marketing or promotional messages.
- How you sign up: by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box on our text alerts page or in your account. The box starts unchecked.
- How often: message frequency varies with your account's activity.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for the texts.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll receive one confirmation, then no more texts unless you sign up again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Available in the United States and Canada.
How we handle your number is covered in the privacy policy. In short, we never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Liability
Because the beta is free and unfinished, our liability to you in connection with it is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These beta terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute belongs in the courts of that state.
